FAQs

Can I return my order ? We accept returns during 28 days for all full priced orders that have been placed on our shop. Regarding orders that have been placed during sales, our clients have 14 days to ask for a return. These conditions won't be applied on swim, lingerie, fine jewelry and vintage items. 

Can I be refund ? Of course once your return request will be confirmed by our team you will be asked if you prefer a refund or an exchange/credit. 

Will I be able to change the size of an item ? Yes if the size you ordered on our shop is not good, you can ask for an exchange. We will be happy to help with your request if we have stock available in the requested size. 

Can I cancel a pre order item ? If you change your mind before the delivery you will of course be able to ask a refund/credit note if you finally don't want the ordered item. 

Can I be refund on a pre ordered item ? Of couse, same policy as a normal item

How to track my order ? As soon as your order will be placed you will receive a confirmation email. Your order will then be dispatched and you will automatically receive your tracking number with a link to follow your parcel. This information will also be visible on your account. 

How long it takes to receive my order ? For European countries it usually takes between 3 to 5 business days to receive your order. If you've asked for an express shipping it will take less, that means 2 business days. For all other countries we do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible. It takes around 7 to 10 days max. Please note that these numbers are estimations as we may have issue with deliveries if you were not able to receive your order (nobody at home...). In this case we will automatically ask for a new delivery in the next business day.
